DMCA & Copyright Notice
Our copyright compliance policy, complaint procedures,
counter-notification process, and response commitment under the U.S.
DMCA and Canada's Copyright Act.
Copyright Protection Policy
IPTV Premium Service respects intellectual property rights and operates
in good-faith compliance with both the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright
Act (DMCA) and the Canadian Copyright Act, including the
Notice-and-Notice regime under sections 41.25–41.27.
We respond promptly to all valid notices. When we receive a complete and
verifiable notice, our team investigates and takes appropriate action —
including removal of access to the material and notification to the
upstream content provider.
Our
Role:
IPTV Premium Service operates as a service reseller and does not host,
encode, or originate any content delivered through the platform. Content
is sourced from third-party upstream providers.
Incomplete Notices:
Notices missing required elements may not be actionable under the DMCA
(17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)) and may be returned for clarification, causing
delays.
